OUR STORY

In 2015, with a spatula in hand, and my husband's encouragement, I began French pastry school. A year later, I graduated with honors. I was a 4.0 student for the first time in my life! It was a dream come true. Now I have my dream job; I work in a restaurant in Baltimore that graciously allows me to run this side business. 

At this restaurant I make anything from loaves of bread to French Gerbais macarons. It's a blast, but my real love is CAKES! I love the creativity, from the infinite flavor combinations to the limitless decor options. Dessert is the last memory a person has of a meal, and cakes are not cheap, so it's my goal to make sure yours is a good memory that's talked about lovingly for years!
